Frederick is the founding director of Clarendon and has over 25 years’ experience as an IFA. His holistic approach to financial planning and emphasis on modern solutions combined with old-fashioned values are integral to the ethos of Clarendon.

Frederick specialises in advanced taxation planning, including inheritance tax mitigation; he develops innovative strategies to enhance and retain wealth through the generations. Thanks to his wide-ranging knowledge, he can advise on many diverse areas including retirement planning and investment management , as well as cover to safeguard the security of your family or business during times of change. He runs employee benefit schemes for a wide range of employers.

Frederick is married with two children at university. His interests include reading, fishing and wildlife. He is known for straight-talking and an irreverent sense of humour.

Robert joined the financial services industry in 2010 after a management career in the retail and leisure industry. He takes a holistic approach to financial advice and holds the advanced qualifications in investments and pensions.

Outside of work, Robert is married with a young daughter and is a voluntary instructor in aikido for adults and children. He claims to be ‘outgunned by the girls at home’ and his interests are ‘scuba diving and lots and lots of hide and seek’!.

Trevor has over 40 years’ financial services experience, including 15 years as an independent financial adviser. Prior to becoming an IFA, he worked for a number of investment groups including Skandia and Old Mutual, where he headed up the technical marketing department.

Trevor is a Chartered Financial Planner, providing holistic advice to personal, corporate and trust clients. He specialises in the areas of retirement planning , investment portfolio management, trust and tax planning  and long-term care insurance.

Kim is a pension and investment specialist  with extensive experience in investment advice and the establishment, supervision, and administration of Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS) and Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP).

Kim and Gary Walsh worked together for a number of years up to 2008, during which time Gary carried out much of the research and report writing for Kim. The partnership was reunited when Kim came to Clarendon in 2012.
Kim is an avid reader of books about the military history of Afghanistan and likes to spend time at his house in Spain, using technology to continue working whilst enjoying the sunshine.

Gary joined Clarendon in 2008 and has worked in financial services since 2000, specialising in corporate pensions and investment. His pre-Clarendon career included working with Kim Parkhouse as a researcher and report-writer.

Work focused especially on investment advice and the establishment, supervision, and administration of Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS) and Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP).
Gary’s qualifications include employee benefits (group risk), taxation and trusts, and investment portfolio management. In June 2016 Gary became the latest member of Clarendon to achieve Chartered Financial Planner status. Gary works with Kim on the administration and portfolio management of SSAS & SIPP. Gary enjoys sports, films, reading, and travel.

Christine has worked with Frederick since 2000, and has over 20 years’ experience of working in the financial services sector.

Before coming to Clarendon, Christine worked her way up to become branch manager of a building society and then a financial adviser in her own right. She was Frederick’s personal assistant for 13 years, specialising in life and pensions administration, before retiring to spend more time with her family. However, Christine remains a valued member of the Clarendon team, working in the office for one day per week on commission administration.
Christine is married, with two grown-up children and two grandchildren. She has lived in Salisbury all her life and loves reading, dressmaking, gardening and socialising with friends.

Lyndsey has 17 years’ experience in the financial planning sector, having owned and managed a financial planning business in South Africa before moving to England.

Lyndsey then worked as office manager for a financial advice business in Kent, before joining Clarendon in 2016.
Lyndsey is married with two nearly grown-up children. They moved to England permanently in 2014 and settled in Hampshire, close to other members of the family. Lyndsey says: ‘I feel absolutely privileged to live here. England caught my heart years ago, upon our first venture here in 2007. I love everything about the country: the people, the culture, the landscape – which is breath-taking - and the sense of freedom’.
Victoria Notley

Victoria worked as HR Manager for a prestigious law firm and for the UK division of a multinational electronics company before joining Clarendon in 2013.

Her work for Clarendon is predominantly producing valuations for clients, but she also assists with general administration. She has significant expertise in human resources, including recruitment, staff retention, salaries and reward schemes and appraisals.
She is married with two teenage children and a dog.
